By way of filing the present petition, the petitioner-wife is seeking transfer of petition filed by the respondent-husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short - 'the Act'), bearing No. HMA-56-2026 titled as Amit Kalwan vs. Yuvika pending adjudication before the learned Family Court, Camp Court at Samana.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition as the matter stands settled between the parties; and a joint petition under Section 13-B of the Act for divorce by way of mutual consent has been filed on 19.05.2026. 4.

In the circumstances, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
