It has been stated by the counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 that as per instructions of Competent Authority of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 given to him, the relief claimed by petitioner i.e. granting of proficiency steps-up to the petitioner from 11.02.1993 has already been granted to him and hence the present writ has become infrcutuous. It has also been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of statement of counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2, the present petition may be disposed of as having become infructuous. In view of the same, the present petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
