(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No.98 dated 29.08.2017 under Sections 326, 323, 324, 148, 149 and 295 IPC, at Police Station Sarhali, District Tarn Taran. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 08, 2017, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated November 08, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
