Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for direction to the officials respondents, especially respondents No.2 to 5 to protect the life, liberty and property of the Petitioners and their family members from the hands of the private respondents and his associates and take legal action against them, who are unnecessarily, harassing and threatening to the Petitioners to dispossess them from their agriculture land and will illegally cut wheat crops from the land of the petitioner Nos.1 to 3 and they threaten to the petitioners and their family members to kill them, and falsely implicate to them in some criminal case.
