**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to make pending payment to the tune of Rs.26,03,230/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after execution of work, some payments were made. The final payment to the tune of Rs.26,03,230/- is still due since September 2021. Demand notice dated 11.05.2022 submitted by the petitioner remained unattended and the petitioner is entitled for the aforesaid amount along with interest. Notice of motion.

CWP No.11604 of 2022(O&M) -2At this stage, in view of nature of order, which this Court proposes to pass, there is no need to call upon any response from the respondents.

This writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 to decide pending demand notice filed by the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. If the entitlement of the petitioner is established, then the same be acknowledged and paid within a further period of one month.
