))$- *.+/ At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner admits that trial is at the fag end and one prosecution witness is yet to be examined. However, he states that the petitioner has been in custody for the last more than 02 years.
On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that out of 14 prosecution witnesses, 01 witness i.e. Clerk of D.T.O. Office is yet to be examined.
In view of the above, but without going into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial at the earliest.
