(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.22 dated 11.09.2018 registered under Sections 34, 379-B, 427 and 506 IPC at Police Station B.P.T.P., Sector 76, Faridabad, District Faridabad. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sajjan Kumar, submits that petitioner has already joined the investigation and is no more required for further custodial interrogation. In view of above, petition is dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
