By way of present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to the official respondents to take appropriate legal action against the private respondents who are running the brick kiln illegally. Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail his remedies as per law for seeking action against the private respondents for running the brick kiln in violation of the provisions of The Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act of 1981. Dismissed as withdrawn.
