(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for grant of concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.27 dated 30.04.2014 registered under Sections 323/324/326/148/149 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Ghuman Kalan, Police District Tehsil Batala, District Gurdaspur. Heard.

This is second bail application. Earlier bail application was dismissed on merits. There is no change in circumstances. Otherwise also, moving anticipatory bail application time and again is deprecated by this Court.
