(Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of entire election process including notification dated 01.01.2021 (P-2) issued by the respondent No. 7 whereby result of the election of the president and the members of Municipal Committee Dharuhera, District Rewari was declared, notice dated 15.06.2021 (P-5) issued by respondent No. 4 and order dated 16.06.2021 (P-6) issued by respondent No. 3. On 13.12.2021, learned State counsel has informed the Court that that election for the post of Vice President, Municipal Committee, Dharuhera, District Rewari has been conducted on 14.07.2021 and Sat Narain @ Ajay Sharma has been elected as Vice President.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition to file a fresh one with better particulars. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
