AJAY TEWARI, J. (ORAL) By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the action of the respondents in impounding his vehicle.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has limited his prayer to the extent that the petitioner had filed a statutory appeal against the order dated 10.7.2020 but the same has not been taken up for hearing despite passage of almost three weeks and the vehicle continues to be in the custody of the respondents. Notice of motion.
