***** SUDHIR MITTAL, J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.128, dated 06.10.2022 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Koom Kalan, District Ludhaina, under Sections 307, 148 & 149 IPC read with Section 25 of the Arms Actr, 1959.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 04.05.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and has been cooperating therewith. This is not disputed by the learned counsel for the State.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 04.05.2023, is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions enshrined under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by him.
