Seeking quashing of the above said FIR and challan dated 28.02.2024, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC. 2.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an application for discharge before the trial Court. 3.

Given above, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file an application for discharge before the trial Court. It is clarified that the trial Court shall advert to each and every point raised in the application for discharge, provided the application is not lengthy. It is further clarified that if any document supplied to the petitioner under Section 207 CrPC which is not legible and petitioner files any application, trial Court shall decide the said application within two weeks from that day. Liberty also reserved to challenge the charges, if framed, by filing a revision petition. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
