M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) The petitioner is alleged to have taken a loan of Rs.1 lac for construction of the house in the year 1996 and executed a mortgage deed in favour of Housefed. He has allegedly sold the said house without repaying the loan.

State counsel informs that pursuant to interim order, the petitioner has already joined investigation. Without prejudice to the rights of the Cooperative Society to recover the amount in accordance with law, the petitioner can be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail. The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 11.12.2014 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions that the petitioner will join investigation as and when required and will not tamper with the evidence or hamper investigation, in any manner.
