***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Despite the case having been called twice, none has made appearance on behalf of the applicant. Even, on the last date of hearing, none had made appearance.

However, from the order dated 25.07.2024, passed by learned Trial Court, which has been retrieved from the District Court's Website, it is evident that joint statement of the parties, with regard to the arrival of the compromise has been recorded and the case was adjourned for 14.09.2024, to be taken up before the National Lok Adalat. The next order has not been uploaded on the website.

Seemingly, the compromise has been effected between the parties, on which account, none is making appearance on behalf of the parties. Hence, the present application is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
