After arguing this case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file memorial in view of Regulation 24 of Life Insurance Corporation of India (Agent) Regulations, 2017. Apparently, the petitioner has already availed the remedy of appeal and thereafter, the further remedy is under Regulation 24 to file memorial before the Chairman of the Corporation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of order of the appellate authority. CWP No. 17091 of 2021 (O&M) -2On receipt of memorial, the Chairman shall after making an enquiry would pass appropriate order in accordance with law. Order of the Appellate Authority was passed on 07.02.2020.

The present writ petition was filed on 28.07.2020. In any case, the petitioner would be at liberty to file an appropriate application to explain the delay (if any) due to prevailing situation arising out of pandemic COVID-19 as well as in terms of Section 14 of Limitation Act.
