(Oral) This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed in case bearing FIR No. 223 dated 22.11.2014, under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Dhuri, District Sangrur. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had been regularly appearing in the Court for the last one year and was absent only on one date i.e. 19.11.2015 because he had inadvertently noted down the next date as 29.11.2015 instead of 19.11.2015. Let the petitioner appear before the trial Court and in case the above said assertion regarding previous appearance is correct, the trial court would release him on bail to its satisfaction. However, in case the above said assertion regarding previous appearance is not correct, the present petition would be deemed to have been dismissed.
