The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 20.01.2023 (Annexure P-6) whereby the application filed by the defendantpetitioner for recalling of the orders dated 16.09.2022 and 29.09.2022 was dismissed.

As per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Barnala, the main suit itself stands decided vide judgment and decree dated 22.09.2025. In view thereof, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
