(ORAL) Learned state counsel on instructionis from HC Manjeet Singh states that petitioners have made statement before the Police authorities that now they have no threat perception of their life and liberty and they do not want any protection.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also states that petitioners no more need protection.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
