*** HARPREET SINGH BRAR, J. (ORAL) The present application (CRM No.7428 of 2024) has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to withdraw the main petition. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant-petitioner submits that the matter has been settled between the parties amicably and it is agreed that a petition for quashing of the FIR on the basis of the said compromise will be filed in this Court.

In view of the aforesaid fact, the instant application is allowed. The main petition (CRM-M No.43131 of 2016) is taken on board and the same is dismissed as withdrawn.
