Case has been taken up out of turn at the request of learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that notice of motion in the present petition was issued to the limited extent for grant of some reasonable time to make alternative arrangements and hand over vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondent-landlord. It is further submitted that a settlement has been affected between the parties and in that regard respective statements of both the parties have been recorded before the executing Court on 16.10.2024, whereafter the execution application has been dismissed as withdrawn.

In the light of aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition.
