' )* +,- This is a petition against the order of the Magistrate declining an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. The main reason given by the Magistrate is that the dispute is of civi nature. As per the allegations the private respondents had taken money from the petitioner on the pretext of getting him a plot but did not get the sale deed registered. In these circumstances the conclusion drawn by the Magistrate cannot be faulted.

The petition is dismissed.
