Coram:
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Inderjit Singh .....
Present:
Mr. Sandeep Arora, Advocate for the petitioner. .....
Inderjit Singh, J.
The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.482 dated 27.6.2001 registered for the offences under Sections 323, 325 and 34 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.
From the record, I find that the FIR is of the year 2001. As per argument of the learned counsel for the petitioner earlier the petitioner was on regular bail and then without taking permission from the Court and without informing the Court, he went abroad and has been declared proclaimed offender.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, I do Harpal Singh Parmar 2017.11.10 16:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
Cr. Misc. No.M-42257 of 2017 [2] not find it a fit case where the petitioner is entitled for the grant of anticipatory bail.
Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
