(Oral) This petition has been filed for quashing of order dated 04.09.2015 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar allowing the revision petition filed by the complainant and remanding the matter back to the Magistrate to decide it afresh.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press this petition on merits but a direction be issued to the trial Court to decide the case independently.

I find this to be a fair request.
