LISA GILL, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has since been acquitted by the learned trial Court on 27.02.2018.
Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Ashok Kumar, verifies the acquittal of the petitioner in FIR No. 606 dated 05.09.2013 under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Gurgaon Sadar, Gurgaon.
Petition is accordingly disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
