This is an application on behalf of the petitioner for withdrawal of the main petition on the ground that the petitioner and the Management have come to a mutual consensus owing to which the petitioner wishes to withdraw the main writ petition. Notice of the application.
Mr. Sumeet Jain, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1 while Mr. Gagneshwar Walia, Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of respondent Nos.3 to 5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that they have no objection in case the main writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the main case is taken on board today itself.
