In effect petitioner is praying to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.PC and act like trial Court by evaluating the material on record. Since the order is revisable under Section 397 Cr.PC before the Court of learned Sessions Judge, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter.
