ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint case No.105 of 2016 dated 15.05.2016. Vide order dated 10.11.2017, the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court on 16.11.2017 with a direction that the trial Court will release him on interim bail subject to his furnishing bail/surety bonds.
On the last date of hearing i.e. 15.01.2018, counsel for the complainant has submitted that the petitioner has not appeared before the trial Court in compliance to the order dated 10.11.2017. Even today, counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not appeared before the trial Court.
In view of the above, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made out.
Dismissed.
