RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 and 2 for taking appropriate action as per law against respondent Nos.3 to 5 on the complaint moved by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if her complaint/representation, dated 26.10.2020 Annexure P-1, is decided in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Ms.Sakshi Bakshi, AAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Heard.

In view of the prayer made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar, Mohali, to look into the complaint/representation, dated 26.10.2020, Annexure P-1 and decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within one month from today.
