(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.565 dated 06.08.2017 under Sections 3/13 (1), 8/13(3), and 17 of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 at Police Station Nuh, District Mewat, Haryana. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated January 09, 2018, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated January 09, 2018, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
