NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel contends that he would be satisfied if the Senior Superintendent of Police, Batala, is directed to decide the representation, Annexure P3, in a time-bound manner. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Police District Batala, to decide the representation, Annexure P3, within two months of the receipt of the certified copy of the present order.
