By this petition, filed under the provisions of Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the concession of bail, upon FIR no.130, datd 05.09.2018, having been registered at Police Station Alewa, District Jind, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 302, 307 and 323 of the IPC.
Pursuant to the order of this court dated 07.08.2020, a report has been received from the Sessions Judge and Addl. Sessions Judge, Jind, stating to the effect that the trial has in fact concluded on 23.09.2020 and the judgment pronounced, with the accused not having led any evidence in his defence.
