The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to quash the order dated 01.12.2021 (Annexure P-4) passed by the trial Court in case FIR No.105 dated 22.03.2014 (Annexure P-1), Police Station Farakpur, District Yamuna Nagar for offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, whereby the application under Section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed by the petitioner was ordered to be rejected. 2.

By way of the application filed under Section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner wanted to place on record a copy of the Complaint No.993dated 15.02.2014.

Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court, a reply has been filed by the State of Haryana.

Learned State counsel submits that the inquiry report pertaining MAMTA 2024.08.28 16:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-22679-2023 -22024:PHHC:109908 to Complaint No.993dated 15.02.2014 has been destroyed by the police officials.

In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, no further orders are required and the present petition is accordingly disposed off.
