(ORAL) According to the Registry, instant petition was filed on 07.02.2017 and the same was listed for the first time on 09.02.2017, on which date on account of non-appearance of learned counsel for the petitioner, case was adjourned to 13.07.2017. However, on 13.07.2017 also no one put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Even today also, despite third call, no one is present on behalf of the petitioner to pursue his case. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that petitioner or his counsel is not interested in pursuing the instant petition. Dismissed for want of prosecution.
