This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 662 dated 18.08.2017 under sections 420, 406, 200, 181, 177, 120-B IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Hisar. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated 22.1.2018, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 22.1.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
