The petitioners through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondents to grant compensation of Rs.50,00,000/- on account of accidental death of their family member.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner is supposed to file online application. If he files online application as per Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Parivar Suraksha Yojna (Dayalu-II), his application would be considered in accordance with the Yojna. 3.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have filed representation, nevertheless, would submit their claim on official portal.
