The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.899 dated 10.08.2018 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506, 354-B IPC at Police Station Sadar Karnal.

By an order dated 17.01.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioners and directed them to join the proceedings. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from IO submits that the petitioners have join the proceedings before the trial Court.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have joined the proceedings, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 17.01.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute.
