Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.113 dated 26.02.2016, registered under Sections 186, 332, 353 IPC and Section 5/13(2) of the Haryana Gavans Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act and Section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act, at Police Station Nuh, District Mewat. While issuing notice of motion on 03.12.2016, this Court had granted ad-interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining investigation and to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sohrab Khan, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is, at this stage, no longer required for questioning by the investigating agency.
