*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of order dated 30.10.2018, the petitioner has joined investigation and the same has been affirmed by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ravinder Singh.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel, interim order dated 30.10.2018 passed by this Court in favour of the petitioner is made absolute. Petition is disposed of accordingly.

However, the petitioner is directed to join investigation, if required by the Investigating Officer.
