(ORAL) Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that as the stay application has not been finally decided and the impugned order dated 22.06.2021 (Annexure P-1) in the present revision petition is only an interim order, the applicant-petitioner be given a liberty to approach the trial Court so as to raise all the arguments being raised by the applicant-petitioner before this Court in this revision petition, for consideration of the trial Court for deciding the application filed by the petitioner seeking an interim order against the respondents, who are constructing the building on the land, which according to the petitioner is in possession of the applicant-petitioner.
