The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner against the concurrent findings of the Courts below.

In compliance of order dated 17.09.2025, learned State counsel has submitted the verification report by way of an affidavit of Rajdeep Singh, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, City-I, District Sonipat regarding the death of the petitioner wherein it has been mentioned that the petitioner has expired on 09.04.2013.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed off as abated.
