(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.158 dated 06.04.2018, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, Police Station City Narnaul, District Mahendergarh. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Satpal Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 01.10.2018, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 01.10.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
