***** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for calling of the records of investigation conducted in the case FIR No.16 dated 19.01.2022 under Sections 302/34 IPC registered with Police Station Bahin District Palwal.

On 30.05.2022, the following order was passed in this case:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the Police is not conducting any investigation in relation to murder of Noman who was married to Shabrron even though the FIR under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 has been registered at the Police Station Bahin, District Palwal on 19.01.2022.

A copy of the petition has been handed over to the learned State counsel today in the Court, who is directed to seek instructions.

To come up for further consideration on 13.07.2022". Today, a status report by way of an affidavit of Ratandeep Bali, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Palwal, District Palwal on behalf of the respondent-State has been filed. As per the said status report, firstly, no representation (Annexure P-2) has been received by the investigating agency, and therefore, the fact that the petitioner is facing a threat, is not substantiated by any document on record. Secondly, as per the investigation, it has been found to be a case of suicide and not a murder. A cancellation report in that regard has been recorded on 20.06.2022. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. However, the petitioner is free to avail his alternative remedies in accordance with law.
