******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition may be disposed of with direction to trial Court to expedite disposal of complaint filed by the petitioner and the witnesses as well as petitioner be provided required protection to appear in Court. In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, instant petition is disposed of with direction to trial Court to expedite the trial in complaint filed by the petitioner and to dispose of the same at the earliest, preferably within a period of six months, provided that counsel for the petitioner cooperate in recording the evidence. In the event of any threat apprehended by the petitioner or his witnesses, learned trial Court may be approached. On filing of such application, learned trial Court will dispose of the same as per law.
