CRWP-6204-2021:

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners states that after filing of the present petition before this Court, situation of threat perception has mellowed down and as of now both the petitioners are staying together happily with no threat to their lives and liberty from any corner. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition as no cause of action subsists.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
