RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Reply by way of affidavit of Krishan Kumar, DSP, Kaithal, filed in Court is taken on record.

Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to safeguard the life and liberty of the petitioners as they have got married against the wishes of respondents No.4 to 9.

According to the aforesaid reply, both the petitioners have made statement that they have no apprehension of danger to their life at the hands of respondents No.4 to 9. Statements of respondents No.4 and 5 have also been recorded, wherein they have stated that they have no objection to the marriage of the petitioners.

In view of above, instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
