Learned counsel for the respondents has pointed out that the parties have since compromised the matter and also filed a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short the "Act"). Learned counsel further states that a decree of divorce has already been granted under Section 13-B of the Act.

Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
