Learned counsel for the cross-objector states that Jasbir Singh claimant in the present case has since expired and none of the legal representatives have contacted the counsel. Learned counsel further states that despite best efforts, he has not been able to get any instructions in the matter. It has further pointed out that the main appeal being FAO-19982022 was dismissed for non-prosecution on 19.09.2018. In view of the above, the cross-objections are dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to revive the same in case anything survives.
