(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No. 36 dated 23.07.2018, registered under Sections 326, 323, 324, 506, 148 and 149 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Qadian, District Gurdaspur.

On instructions from ASI Paras Ram, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 03.10.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
