The limited prayer in the present revision petition is for expeditious disposal of the application filed by the petitioner under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Annexure P-3) which has been pending for over five years.

In view of the limited prayer, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the Court concerned to decide the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC (Annexure P-3), which has been pending since 2018, in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from today.
